Interim Finance Operations Manager

Investigo are partnering with a PE backed, Tech company in their search for an Interim Finance Operations Manager on a 3-6 months basis. The company is very close to a buy out and therefor need to align their whole finance function. They receive a large amount of transactions on a weekly basis and require someone to improve the current processes and procedures. Remote working is allowed.


The role:

  • Leading all credit control, billing, and payable/receivable ledger work
  • Developing policies, processes and controls
  • Driving performance and quality of your team to exceed service expectations
  • Driving process understanding, awareness and compliance across the business
  • Managing a large amount of employee expenses
  • Problem solving and correcting common errors
  • Setting up process checks
  • Changing current banking provider/lender
  • Creating a new BACS system
  • Develop and implement KPIs to performance manage achievement of service delivery targets


Profile:

  • Extensive experience in a position of leadership in a shared service/finance managed service environment
  • Experience in professional services including outsourced finance functions
  • Detailed knowledge around finance function processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
  • Understanding of continuous improvement and / or cost saving initiatives
  • Significant experience of working in a high volume processing environment
