Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for financial modelling? Join our Finance team as Head of Financial Modelling and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, you'll lead the charge on our Group's Five-Year Plan (5YP) - owning, developing, and refining a dynamic financial model that underpins critical decision-making and strategic planning at the highest level.

🔍 What You'll Do

• Lead the Group 5-Year Plan (5YP): Build and manage a robust, KPI-driven financial model to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
• Partner with Business Units: Drive accountability and alignment by ensuring accurate forecast inputs and assumptions from across the business.
• Deliver Executive Insights: Translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights through high-impact presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support Treasury & Capital Planning: Work with Treasury to evaluate credit rating implications and refinancing options.
• Raise the Bar in Financial Modelling: Set and drive standards for modelling and reporting across the Finance function.
• Contribute to Strategic Projects: Provide financial modelling support for M&A opportunities, external stakeholder presentations, and more.
