Remote with occasional travel to Hemel Hempstead

Due to an internal secondment, this global business require a FP&A Analyst to support them for a period of 6 months. Working closely with the Head of FP&A you will be responsible for all of the reporting for the business working with a number of different stakeholders across the globe.

Key Duties

Process

• End to end process ownership of Monthly Management reporting
• End to end process ownership of External (Non- statutory) reporting
• Own and drive group mgt policies in consultation with Control e.g. allocations, FX
• Develop a consistent financial reporting/planning framework across Functional leads (FL's)
• Best-in-class reporting design through consultation with FL's and Finance Systems Lead

Deliverables

• Monthly Group Flash and CFO pack
• Variance analysis and KPI's
• Ownership of Group inputs to Board, Exec committee and other senior papers as required
• Ad hoc projects as required

Business partnering

• Regular Business reviews with Functional leads and/or their Finance Business partners
• Develop a deep Functional understanding and help shape/drive transformation goals
• Drive best in class commercial analysis to support critical decision making
• Provide constructive challenge to the FL's in their planning and forecasting
• Review and challenge business cases to optimise resource allocation
