Interim Operations Finance Business Partner

Midlands FMCG company is looking to appoint an Operational Finance Business Partner to join them for a 6 month interim role to and set up this commercial finance function.

Key tasks will be as follows:

• Man-mark factory manager / Ops Team
• Operational performance (Direct / Indirect labour, Materials, Distribution)
• Operational Overheads
• Capital spend request validation
• Setting up new processes / procedures from scratch

It is essential that you have solid experience of working within a manufacturing environment and are able to demonstrate your ability to set up a commercial finance function to support many key non-finance stakeholders.
