Interim Payroll Systems Project

A highly acquisitive business are currently looking for a 6 month interim to join and deliver a number of projects within their payroll department. The individual will be the subject matter expert on Payroll supporting the HR team and senior management.

The role will deliver:

  • Assess the current payroll system capabilities
  • Identify new payroll systems that would provide the best solution for the business
  • Manage the system implementation
  • Advise and produce the group payroll strategy
  • Manage the payroll team and business as usual processes
  • Implement robust processes and procedures

The successful candidate will have extensive payroll experience and proven payroll system project experience. The ability to work with senior management and be the groups subject matter expert for payroll are also key to the position.
