Internal Audit Manager - Paris - €95k - Global Banking

Investigo are currently partnered with a globally recognised international bank who are looking to hire an Internal Audit Manager into their Paris office. This is a newly created role as part of a growing branch, where you will face off directly to French and EU regulators and assist in leading the audit cycle.

You will work as part of a core and central audit function, working directly with the Chief Internal Auditor for the EU branch. As part of the team, you will lead and run audit design and implementations end to end while working with key stakeholders both in key European subsidiaries and globally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designated lead auditor on select business line audits, as well as working laterally across all core functions.
• Working directly with French and EU regulators to ensure compliance and controls are effectively set up and working.
• Liaise with key stakeholders across business lines and geographies, developing audit plans and leading on audit controls and testing.
• Supervising projects across the wider audit team, supporting senior members on projects where necessary
• Assessing ongoing risk with changes in business areas and adapting audit controls accordingly
• Working with global stakeholders in coordinating cross region audit plans.

Successful candidates will be degree educated and have a demonstrable background in internal or external audit in the banking space. You will need to be fluent in French and English.
