IT Support Engineer
Investigo is looking to a recruit an IT Support 1st/2nd line engineer for our internal IT team.
We are looking for a bright and hardworking individual who is keen to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Investigo is growing and with it we are looking for someone to assist our IT support team to the next level. * Troubleshooting and maintaining end user computing
* Able to work under pressure using our ticketing system
* Support via request tickets and telephone
* Able to fix hardware and software issues
* Should be familiar with Active Directory
* Experience with Windows 10 and Office 2016/2019 and Office 365
* Remote Support
* Strong Communication Skills
* Good Team Player
* Able to prioritise and work under pressure
* Able to think on their feet
* Able to use initiative and come up with new ways of working
* Can-do attitude
They will have around 1-2 years experience and the opportunity to upskill and move into more of a 2nd line role where they will be able take on more responsibilities and progress there career.
