IT Project Manager - HR Systems - Remote with Travel

Up to 70k - initially a 12 month fixed term contact - Global System Upgrade Project

IT Project Manager with HR Systems experience required for a global organisation that is investing in the upgrade of its HR Systems across Europe. The role will be based from home, with some travel to the Midlands Head office and occasional EU travel.

Previous experience working with HR Systems would be highly desirable for this role - HCM, T & A & Payroll for example. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery skills & ideally some experience working with different countries & stakeholders.

Role overview:

• Ensure projects (IT & Change) meet the business requirements and IT projects deliver expected benefits.
• Work with internal stakeholders to scope the deliverables, whilst managing business expectations in the projects & proposals.
• Be proactive in ensuring that IT project costs are appropriate for the business and are covered in line with budget.
• Act as the main point of contact for the project, in terms of escalation and support to the business, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor & report on project progress, provide regular updates with the business during the project lifecycle.

Salary

The salary/package for this position is up to 70k per annum depending on experience, plus excellent benefits & remote working.
