IT Systems Project Manager

Start: ASAP

Pay rate: £350-400/day inside IR35

Length: 4-6 Months, 3-5 days/week

Location: Remote initially, Office in London

Role Overview:

Phase 1 (Nov-Dec)

• Work with Functional Leads and users to define our internal system requirements (including HR, Finance, Procurement, IT Security, Internal Comms, Internal Governance)
• Use expertise, research and evaluation of the current systems to define future functionality

Phase 2 (Dec-Jan)

• Lead procurement process, supported by the Procurement Manager, to select systems to meet requirements within budget

Phase 3 (Feb-March)

• Supervise implementation and integration of new system/s
• In partnership with IT Manager and Interim DPO, ensure appropriate information and data security controls are in place
• Provide coaching and training for system owners and users
• Work with Functional Leads to develop key reports and dashboards
• Test and modify systems to ensure optimum performance

Output

• List of our internal system requirements
• Recommendations paper for CEO and COO on future functionality and approach to our internal systems
• Procurement of a fit-for-purpose solutions across the range of internal systems
• Implementation and integration of new systems
• System User Guides
• Operations Reports & Dashboards
