KYC Analyst - Investment Management

Hybrid, London.

Are you someone who has a passion for managing relationships with key banks and stakeholders? This role is responsible for ensuring bank account opening processes are completed timely for new fund structures and corporate companies as well as account management, account closures and assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Bank account opening - liaising with Fund, Finance Managers, and the debt team to ensure bank accounts are operational in line with deals. Also opening Corporate bank accounts in line with new office requirements
• Liaising with banks to complete bank account opening process, ensuring all bank requirements have been met and forms completed quickly and accurately.
• Ensuring KYC, FATCA, CRS and bank mandates are current for each account. Reviewed at least 6 monthly
• Manage the online bank platforms and third party access as needed
• Co-ordinate quarterly meetings with key banks
• Assist other members of the Operations team during peak times

Requirements:

• Experience of bank account opening, and ongoing maintenance essential
• Knowledge of KYC, FATCA, CRS
• Accounting knowledge - basic accounting essential
• IT competence - essential
• Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Results, deadline and quality driven
• Use own initiative to identify problems and deliver solutions to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally. Ability to proactively deal with different teams across the business.
