Location: Remote (Occasional travel to London - 1/2 days a Month)

Salary: £65,000-£75,000

Job Description

A leading internationally recognised Fintech business in Birmingham are looking to bring on a Lead Angular Engineer who will be leading and developing a key area of the brand new highly anticipated software products. You will be reporting directly into the Angular Development Manager and supporting the internal angular development team. This role will be involved with supercharging and developing upon their high growth technology plans while maximising their existing products and leading part of their new product release. This role would suit somebody who wants to take the next step in their career and have a mix of hands on technical leadership and hands on Angular software development experience. The next couple of years are highly exciting where you will be working and developing an international product release, working on their application tech roadmap, from greenfield developments to reinvigorate the platforms, changes, and a number of feature enhancements, all utilising a modern, cloud-based SaaS (AWS) technology stack.

You will be involved with this partner as a key hands on Lead Angular Engineer, providing technical leadership to a fast growing software team where you will be working on an exciting new product, applications, and business/customer critical systems, this will involve everything from minor enhancements to full-scale application rebuilds to better leverage the tech for customers and make what they do even more accessible to customers. This role will enable you to providing technical leadership to a fast growing software team where you will be working on an exciting new application services within the growing software development team to leverage the technology for customers and make what they do even more accessible to customers. This partner is passionate about providing high quality software development, where you will be central with working with the latest technology within the FinTech space and develop new ways of working. This role will enable you to have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting technology available and take your personal development to the next level.

The successful Lead Angular Engineer will have the following skills

• Angular
• RxJS
• NgRx
• JavaScript
• REST API's
• Experience working in an agile environment
