What will you be doing in this role?
This most certainly isn't a run of the mill L&D role. This is an highly credible and interesting role working across the whole learning agenda, with a focus on creating and delivering learning solutions across the business both in 1:1 and classroom environments. We work very much in partnership with our sales teams to utilise our best people, often co-creating content and delivering it with them.
When we hire in new people, we have to be agile enough to understand where their strengths lie, what gaps they may have in their game and design a bespoke plan for them to succeed, plus work with their manager to bring this to life in their role, all working towards achieving their aspirations.

We are based in Central London/City, with most of our people working 2 days a week in the office. We work to a 4.5 day week, finishing early on a Friday (so you can do the things you love doing!)
