Management Accountant

My Client a strong Construction Firm is seeking a Management Accountant for a Maternity Contract. They are a high growth organisation with some exciting projects currently afield. Below is more information on the day-to-day duties -

Responsibilities -

• Producing management accounts for the main trading company and 4 holding companies
• Assisting with the consolidation of accounts for Group level reporting
• Completing monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Conducting analytical review of monthly figures and reporting on variances to budget/forecast
• Assisting with the year-end audit and tax schedules, and quarterly bank audits
• Supporting the year-end statutory accounts production and audit process
• Bank payments and reconciliations
• Staff expenses and credit card processing
• Supporting Accounts Payable and Receivable teams where required
• Supporting the Senior Management Accountant with all other ad hoc accounting and reporting tasks as required
• Willingly perform ad hoc duties as required
