Management Accountant

Luton- 2 days in the office, 3 remote.

£40,000-£45,000 Per Annum.

The role of the Management Accountant role is to assist the Financial Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of the monthly accruals for rebates, marketing and other overheads - from calculation through to review and analysis
Calculate and review monthly prepayments
Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Undertake P&L analysis of overhead costs
Support the Financial Reporting Manager in preparing monthly management accounts and reporting pack
Maintain various Excel and Power BI financial reports for use by internal stakeholders
Assist with ad hoc reporting queries from stakeholders - within the Finance department, in other departments, and from the board
Assist with statutory audit requests
Assist the team with Excel 'how-to' queries
