Management Accountant - Industry, Private Equity

Investigo have been engaged by a Private Equity backed business actively looking for a management accountant to join their phase of growth. This is a great opportunity for candidates with PE industry experience to gain exposure to senior stakeholders & PE directors.

Our client are experiencing their next phase of growth with a strong foothold in their sector.

Duties:

• Liaising and developing closer ties with directors & senior stakeholders; ensuring that the finance team is supplied with accurate and timely financial information at each reporting period.
• Support the preparation of management accounts.
• Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process
• Posting journals
• Providing information for audits and liaising with auditors
• Production and supply of trade working capital data
• Production and distribution of the weekly cash flow report
• Assisting the Head Of Finance with the investments
• Liaise with Private Equity fund on investment matters
• Balance sheet reconciliations

Essentials:

• ACA or CIMA Qualified
• Experience working in commercial industry
• Ideally Private Equity experience
• Experience business partnering with senior stakeholders
