Operations Finance Business Partner

Investigo are proud to be representing a highly successful Food Production Business based in North Warwickshire with their search for an Operations Finance Business Partner.

The role is extremely commercially focused, supporting factory managers and operations team. The key to being successful in this role is adding value- working closely with the operations to ensure maximisation of revenue from existing customers, delivery of products as efficiently as possible, ensuring contract profitability is maximised and working capital management is optimised.

Whilst reporting to the Head Of Finance you will focus on driving efficiencies and processes to the operations across the business.

In this role the successful candidate will identify and in order of priority execute cost saving and capital investment opportunities across the business, packing, wastage, inventory, overheads and labour through meaningful analysis.

This is a newly created role, the business anticipates continues growth which will mean the Operations Finance Business Partner will then be able to recruit a finance team under them.

Food Production, FMCG or Retail experience is essential. As a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in a fast paced environment you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
