Organisational Designer

Investigo are supporting one of the largest homes of further education, where they have been credited and awarded numerously for their contribution to developing the future leaders of the country.

It was recently reported that they have been one of the largest contributors to society, with their support, guidance and teachers, millions of students have gone on to achieve monumental success.

They contribute their ability to provide this service from the internal processes they follow, and in 2023, they signed off on a new tech transformation to keep up-to-date with latest findings.

As part of this, they need to hire an Organisational Design Lead. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in providing best practice and framework to assure organisation design journeys are simplified and successful with migrated risks.

Desired experience:

• Strong experience in organisational design, operating model and business transformation, specific for a large complex organisation.
• Experience in leading workshops and identifying stakeholders needed.
• Strong experience in change management and organisational development tools.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a programme simultaneously.

Salary on offer is D.O.E, but will be between £45,000 and £55,000.
