Investigo have partnered will a well-established advertising business based in Stevenage to recruit for a Part Time Accounts Assistant on a 30-hour contract, for a year's maternity cover.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the purchase ledger and expenses.
Key Duties; -
- Processing invoices
- Approving expenses
- Processing payments weekly monthly payment runs
- Raising payments, BACS, priority payments and cheques as appropriate
- Reconciliation of petty cash and foreign currency accounts
- Managing supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements
- Provide Supplier credit checks, setting up and maintaining Supplier Accounts
- Provide cover for any holidays/absence for finance team where appropriate
The ideal candidate; -
- Being Immediately available
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to prioritise work to achieve tight deadlines Self-Discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
