PART TIME - Finance Manager / HR

Currently seeking a Part Time / Finance Manager / £65,000 - £80,000 pro rata! - This is working for a fantastic company, very friendly and supportive team. Needs someone with strong technical finance experience and payroll experience.

Contract: Part time, open to someone x3 or x4 days a week.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum pro rate

Location: City of London (near Bank station) - hyrbid working.

Job Description:

• Be the key point of contact on financial and accounting matters.
• Cash flow management and forecasting.
• Ensure all AP, AR (expense & invoice processing, payment runs, petty cash, credit control, sales)
• Ensure all statutory requirements are met re. HMRC (VAT, PAYE, P11Ds, Annual Accounts)
• Manage anything payroll and pensions related
• Statutory accounting, to assist the CFO with the preparation of year-end financial records and statutory accounts as per agreed timetable
• Play a key role in the smooth running of the annual audit
• Responsible for all HR queries

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong technical finance knowledge
• MUST have payroll and pensions experience
• High attention to detail, organised and methodical.
• A great team player, hard working and professional
