Position Overview: As a Partner in Executive Compensation,you will play a pivotal role in advising senior leadership and boards of directors on compensation strategies that attract and retain top executive talent. You will leverage your expertise in executive compensation to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and competitive landscape
  • Lead executive compensation consulting engagements, including benchmarking, performance measurement, and incentive plan design
  • Provide thought leadership and insights on emerging trends and best practices in executive compensation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and value-added advice
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, presentations, and networking activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive compensation consulting or a related field
  • Deep expertise in executive compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record of leading & selling complex consulting engagements and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive business development initiatives
