Investigo are currently partnering with a well known organisation in Hemel Hempstead to recruit for an additional member in the team, someone to ensure a proactive and smooth running of timesheet processing. This person will be liaising closely with payroll and recruitment departments to ensure timesheets are processed in the most efficient time and accurate manner.
The role will consist of the below:
- Updating the scheduler
- Expenses - querying and ensuring expenses are paid correctly
- Dealing with any queries from payroll and ops
- Maintaining the shared inbox
- Chasing for timesheets
- Liaising with recruitment - new starters, agreement packages
- Updating spreadsheets with relevant information
- Preparing and sorting timesheets for data entry
- Entering data into database software (syrinx) and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete timesheets
- Sending reminders - i.e text local
- Admin adhoc
The successful candidate will be computer literate with good Excel skills, good attention to detail and accuracy and a great attitude to work.
