Payroll Consultant

We are currently recruiting for multiple Payroll Consultants for a reputable corporate services company. The role is home based, with occasional travel to client site. The right candidate will have strong technical payroll experience and good communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the whole payroll function from start to finish
  • Assisting with the implementation of their new software
  • Supporting the international clients expansion
  • Setting up and on boarding new clients
  • Processing P11D's
  • Having an in depth understanding of complicated payroll issues
  • Registration of new hires, terminations, employment changes in employment register
  • Processing deductions, benefits, bonuses and new salaries



Skills required

  • Must have good technical payroll experience
  • Self motivated and hardworking
  • Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Confident when speaking
  • Excellent telephone manner - clear and well spoken
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Assistance when required with Internal Audits and HM Revenue & Customs Compliance Audits
  • Cascade is a bonus but not essential
