Payroll Director

Investigo is currently partnered with a Global business, listed on the London Stock Exchange, who are looking to hire an experienced Payroll Director to take ownership of their payroll function and assist during a system implementation. A successful candidate will have worked in finance, have oversight of Financial Control & Payroll as well as having been involved in new ERP implementations. The 12 month Fixed Term Contract is paying £85-90,000 (depending on experience) + 10-20% bonus upon completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Payroll function in line with the P2P pillar across the organisation
• Assist with any ERP and transformation changes from the team
• Deliver a more efficient methodology behind process improvement and organisational change

Background:

• Qualified Accountant with experience in Financial Control & Payroll
• Any working knowledge of Oracle will be preferential
• Worked in a large matrix led organisation and aware of transformational changes
