PAYROLL MANAGER - APPLY NOW - £50,000 - £53,000 per annum

Location: FULLY remote working / optionally if you wish to go into the office.
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 per annum + incredible benefits (30 days holiday, share scheme etc)
Job Description:
- Responsible for processing the UK and Ireland payroll - high volume, requires someone who can deal with a high pressured, fast paced and exciting environment
- Managing a team of x10 payroll assistants, who are passionate, driven and engaging
- Conduct regular reviews with team and progress and develop them
- Ensure the smooth running of the payroll
- Liaising with Team leads and ensuring payroll, benefits and bonuses are correct
- Be subject matter expert for payroll operations and point of contact for payroll related pension and equity issues
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure payroll operations are optimised, efficient and compliant
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Hard working, professional and calm under pressure
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong team management skills, MUST have previous management experience
- Excellent IT skills, ideally excel
- Strong payroll, tax and benefits knowledge
- MUST have worked for a global business and dealt with high volume payroll
