Investigo are pleased to be supporting a large organisation with their search for Business Analyst to support with their roll out of Planisware. Ultimately, you will be supporting the implementation of Planisware Enterprise, the chosen PPM tool. This role is responsible for completing change tasks, end-user training and engagement and support.

Experience using/rolling our Planisware is essential.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Change impact assessment
• Organisational readiness analysis
• Creating delivering communication, engagement and training materials
• Supporting the delivery of training and planning of training sessions
• Supporting various workstream leads with the delivery of the change agenda
• Support the development, delivery and tracking of change management deliverables and activities set out in the change management plan
• Raising risks, issues and opportunities that impact the project
