Project Coordinator
£250 per day Outside IR35
Fully Remote
6 month contract

My client is seeking an experienced PMO/Project coordinator to help support a business wide digital transformation agenda. They are heavily investing a new CRM to provide their clients with a market leading user experience. Although initially a 6 month contract, this is likely to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and handling financial administration
  • Manage and generate reports to help guide project decision making
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Help prepare materials for key workshops and project meetings
  • Act as a deputy to the Senior PMO analyst where applicable

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience of working in a PMO or Project Support role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Project or Microsoft Planner
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Good understanding of PMO best practises
