The Role of the Street Lighting Principal is to Lead the Street Lighting Service delivering Capital and Revenue Projects.

LED upgrade programme for Kingston and Sutton. Kingston Town Centre Street Lighting Upgrade What will the ideal candidate skills and experience have?:

Proven track record of overseeing a street lighting service in a Highways environment.

Understanding of delivering street lighting Planned Maintenance, reactive maintenance, and improvement upgrades.

NEC or similar Contract management. Site Supervision. Contractor Management.

Being accountable for Service programme and project delivery. Skills required for the position: People management Technical expertise in Street lighting specification and implementation. Street lighting institution membership Accreditation/Qualification - Desirable but not essential. Programme Financial Management.

A positive can-do attitude Problem-solving skills including resolution of complex issues Effective communication and ability to influence people at all levels. Working condition: Hybrid Working:
