Our medium sized FinTech client, (credit cards & Payments) are growing substantially over the coming 18 months across all areas. With the business growing, processes haven't been standardised & there remains inefficiencies in the way delivery is managed within the business within both BAU & change.

The business are therefore looking to add a Business Optimisation Manager / Process Improvement Manager to help understand their current practice, work with key stakeholders to understand business needs & help shape / define / optimise new & existing processes to streamline the business. This is a hands on role that will work with both the change Project Manager & business to ensure what's being developed fits business need / purpose.

The business are looking for someone from the following background:

  • Small financial services client - Payments or FinTech ideal
  • An unstructured work environment where you've needed to be hands on
  • Exposure to payments or credit cards
  • Process improvement
  • Agile methodology

The role will involve:

  • Working with key business stakeholders to understand current as is processes
  • Work with stakeholders to help optimise existing & create new streamline business processes for both BAU & change / operations
  • Once processes have been optimised / new processes created work with the PM to implement those changes
  • Providing key business documentation & workshops to help facilitate changes

Useful experience would include:

  • Credit card platforms - TS2 ideal
  • Working as part of a small business where you've been hands on
  • Management of key stakeholders.

This is a key role which will enable the FinTech business to grow over the next 18 months successfully & will expose the job holder to key senior individuals within the business. it's a great opportunity to join the FinTech at a crucial stage of it's growth.

The role can be 100% remote however a London hub is available for use.
