Remote - office working also available

Our leading Banking client are expanding it's offering to client are it makes a move into Correspondent Banking. This is a significant move by the client as it looks to build into the space & become a large player within the space over the coming years.

In order to successfully launch this area of the business a new Target operating model for the Correspondent Bank needs to be build & deployed. Whilst this is a new area for the business elements of the operating model will be formed from those in use for other parts of the organisation.

The business are looking for 2 / 3 Business Process Leads / Process Design Consultants to help map, deign & implement a new target operating model which will cover;

  • Customer onboarding
  • Client servicing
  • Customer due diligence

The business need someone with the following experience:

  • Correspondent Banking - this has been outlined as a must have by the client due to the business not having the knowledge base within the organisation
  • Process design
  • TOM design / implementation

The role will involve:

  • Gap analysis
  • As is - to be process mapping
  • Target operating model design
  • Working with various stakeholders to understand business needs & customer use-ability
  • Process redesign
  • Customer onboarding design
  • Client servicing design

The Target Operating Model will be designed over the coming 3 months for initial approval & requires Correspondent Banking knowledge to put this together. The roles are not pure architecture but span across process design, TOM design & implementation.

The roles are very high profile & contracts could easily run beyond the initial 6 months as adaptations will need to be made as the operating model is implemented.

The client are a remote organisation however have working hubs available in London or the South West.
