Job description

A well known public sector organisation based in London is recruiting for a Product Manager who has particular experience with Unified Front Door & Information Guidance product experience.
You will be an out and out Product Manager who has strong product vision and product road map experience, being able to manage back log and KPIs. This will be clearly evidenced from prior roles and experience.
You will be able to view product management through a data lense and through visualisation, create use cases, drive efficiencies to effectively deliver services.
You will have a strong understanding of Channel Shift with product moving to web agents and AI as the organisation moves to being fully digital.
You will have an understanding of information architecture and how this will optimise channel shift. You will also understand how information architecture links to a wider strategy.
Working previously as a Product Manager with Unified Front Door & Information Guidance, you will have a very strong customer centric service element to how you conduct your role.
You may have also come from a Utilities background or have worked on call centres, contact centres or other channel shift products.
You will be coming in to turn the old into the new and optimised as part of a large transformation programme.
As well as having excellent stakeholder management skills, you will have clear communication skills, being able to articulate how value has been added from a user's perspective.

Key Duties and Responsibilities -

- Contribute to the product strategy - ensuring the product works for the customers and the wider business and develop a prioritised roadmap in partnership with the organisation's stakeholders.
- Bring an Agile Product Management development approach, adding value and remaining user centric at all times.
- Solicit, write and prioritise user stories for the team.
- Lead product discovery phases across Unified Front Door & Information Guidance, ensuring the right products and features are being built for the customer base.
- Lead the approach for embedding a product into a service bringing users along the journey.
- Lead and champion a user-centred, iterative approach to service/product development.

Must have prior experience as a Product Manager with Unified Front Door & Information Guidance.
You will be someone who is truly a product and customer centric individual with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
