Product Owner - HR Reporting & Analytics

My leading telecommunications company are looking for a Product Owner to join their large scale HR transformation programme on an initial 3-6 month contract.

Key Requirements:

- Experience of delivering data led projects in a complex organisation

- A passion for HR technology

- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Ideally:

- Previous working experience as Product Owner for the HR SAAS Solution

- Vendor accreditation

- A problem solver with a strong understanding of the power of good data

This will be remote to begin with but will eventually merge to a split wfh/and the local Birmingham offices.

Rates based on experience.
