Product Owner x 5 (varying levels) - Retail Client

Inside IR35 (FCSA accredited umbrellas only) - 6 months initially, view to extend

Remote / Acton (advising once every two weeks, however only required in if there is a reason - flexible)

£500-600pd

Applicants must have recently worked within Product Owner positions (3-5+ years) AND must have retail experience

The successful candidate will have experience operating in a complex organisational environment, ideally gained in a consumer driven industry

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding of software development process with experience taking a product idea from concept through launch and continually improving current products
• Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating trade-offs and new opportunities.
• The remote nature of the work requires strong communication skills to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) to the right audiences.
• Ideally 3 years' experience operating in a product role in a retail business
• Highly analytical and commercial - you will need to learn the analytics platform and self-serve
• A solid understanding of how the PDP and PLP landscape works
• Be an Omni Product Owner, connecting and collaborating.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of product lifecycles and methodologies from conception to retirement of products
• Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market and delivering market leading products and services
• Previous management, launch and growth of products within a large organisation
• Proven ability to engage and align (senior) stakeholders and keep them engaged
• Previous consumer sector experience preferred
• 3-5+ years' experience
