Programme Manager - Digital - Lending Innovation
£750-£900 per day (outside IR35)
3 month initial engagement (programme 12+ months, high chance of extension)
Managing Digital & Technology workstreams as part of an Enterprise Wide Transformation

  • Must have deep understanding of end to end credit/lending processes
  • FinTech experience desirable
  • Experience leading and delivering Digital programmes (specifically automation of operations)
  • Ability to work both high level and in the detail with a focus on delivering intended outcomes
  • Must be hands on
  • Innovative and passionate about taking people on a journey of change
