Programme Manager - ERP, SAP or Workday



Investigo has been retained to search for several Programme Managers to assist with a large SAP, ERP and Workday transformation programme.


Your Role:

  • Accountable for the shaping and delivery of their Wave(s)/Portfolio. Acting as the focal point for key stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships, fostering a culture of identifying and implementing lessons learned through our Technology.
  • Working closely with the Business Programme Manager, Tower leads, delivery teams and co-ordinating cross tower activities
  • Managing plans, as well as prioritising and negotiating at a senior level within Technology to make sure the programme wave will deliver the expected objectives of cost and quality within time constraints.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Programme Managers and Project Managers to deliver the programme. Driving a positive change environment and culture of diversity.
  • Accountable for budgets, costs, timescales, resource utilisation, capitalisation and the associated communication to effectively manage the companies Technology programme. Accountable for the accurate creation and central recording of project plans, cost plans and delivery dependencies related to all project activity.
  • Owning multiple vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery at high quality. Negotiating at a senior level to drive delivery performance and commercial success.
  • Identifying and communicating risks, concerns, issues, dependency blockers and initiating appropriate escalation to the Senior Directors and Programme Director.
  • Delivering high-quality products and services in a fully serviceable state including hand-over to Service support teams.


About You:

  • Proven ability to manage and lead large scale budgets, resource and 3rd party spend
  • Business change and Technology transformation experience
  • Experience in pulling together large-scale project plans for programmes that include multiple suppliers.
  • Proven track record of managing large cross-functional and 3rd party resource in multi-locations in the UK and Internationally within a project environment
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively engage and influence on a global level
  • Experience in large-scale IT Infrastructure programmes/ projects


This role is based in Leeds with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week
