Our exciting large challenger banking client are looking to on board a small number of Programme Managers to run delivery steams of their Financial Crime Remediation Portfolio.

The business are looking to develop their permanent capability through hiring senior leaders to run this core piece of work for them. They need leaders that have run specific Financial Crime Programmes of work across banking previously who can deliver & lead teams of analysts.

The role will involve:

  • Programme leadership
  • Team management
  • Financial crime remediation
  • Regulatory reporting
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Budget management
  • Rectifications

The business require the successful candidate to have the following experience:

  • Running or working on a Financial Crime remediation programme
  • Programme leadership experience (must have lead a large regulatory change programmes within retail banking)
  • Financial crime programme experience
  • Senior stakeholder leadership
  • Proven track record in delivery
  • Large budget experience
  • End to end programme delivery

The financial crime portfolio is a high profile of the challenger organisation & will offer the successful candidate exposure to senior leaders within the business & help shape the future organisation.
