Project Accountant- 6 Month FTC

Investigo finance are recruiting a Project Accountant for a client based in Milton Keynes on a 6 month fixed term contract.

In the position of Project Accountant Milton Keynes you will support the Group Financial Controller on a variety of projects to include:

VAT - re submission of EU Sales & Intrastats

Budgets - consolidation - creating sales pivots

BREXIT - assisting in gathering information to help complete the AEOC application

Group accounts - getting two new entities onto our software and posting the audit entries

Year-end - assistance with audit

Transfer Pricing - need to finalise the policy with Germany / US (information gathering)

Debtors control - documenting and finding out why the control balance does not match the nominal balance - providing our software support the detail to fix the issue

Utilities - help complete the process of switching the utility providers

The Profile

The successful candidate will need to be a qualified accountant either ACA/ACCA or CIMA

Previous project and technical accounting experience

Ability to work under own initial and adhere to month end deadlines

Strong communicator as you will liaise with various internal stake holders

Strong level of excel skills

Salary

£46,000 to £50,000 plus benefits
