Project - Finance Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Project Finance Manager for a rapidly growing organisation who are true leaders in their sector. The role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful project and management financial information to the business and finance stakeholders.

  • Deliver and review outputs of project accounting financial processes
  • Ensure appropriate consideration of IFRS15 in the set-up of all new projects and use of accounting structures to optimise financial information
  • Business Partner with divisional stakeholders to ensure the requirements for financial forecasting on projects are understood and delivered
  • Ensure there is an appropriate process for using project forecasts to inform the trading of project revenue and gross margin with review and validation with business stakeholders
  • Ensure insightful financial reporting of project performance
  • Manage month-end process to create project and business area P&L, BS and Cash Flow
  • Review first draft financial / management reporting for use with business stakeholders
  • Provide support to Finance Business Partners in terms of historic financials and inputs for financial models

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong Project Accounting experience ideally covering revenue producing projects. Experience of business partnering with commercial project teams is also essential.
