My client is looking for an experienced Project manager/ Business Analyst who has rolled out a Management Information Software/Tool from a BA (requirements gathering and prioritisation) through to project delivery.Experience in the project initiation and delivery.


The team
Are a new and enthusiastic department looking at all change. The initial focus is on creating and implementing an end to end project process to allow us to deliver the right things at the right times with the right resourcing.

The project

Data has become fragmented with different teams using different systems and new initiatives being adopted. We have recognised a need for a system which allows us to track our strategic priorities, the OKRs (objectives and key results) that deliver this, the core projects across the organisation and the data that allows us to make decisions and track success.

The role
Carry out stakeholder engagement to develop clear requirements and engage with external providers (via our procurement team) to select a vendor. The scope should also include determining what would be needed to implement and seek budgetary approval to proceed.
Depending on the costing and appetite this role would then proceed to delivery and ensure effective change management: engagement, communication and readiness.

The particulars
We are looking for a strong candidate able to:
- Identify and engage diverse stakeholders to draw up requirements
- Be pragmatic in the selection of requirements and which tools will be wholly replaced, which will remain and need to integrate and which remain stand alone
- Communicate effectively with significant stakeholder groups to set the pace of the project: there is a desire for this to go faster than it will be able to
- Create strong project plans and business case documentation to secure buy-in and funding
