Project Manager - Digital / IT Change - FS

Project Manager - Digital / Technology Transformation - Financial Services Essential. Flexible working offered for this role. £70,000-£75,000 plus bonus and benefits

The Project Manager will be experienced in shaping and delivering Business and IT change projects withing a financial services environment. Proven Digital Transformation / Technology Transformation experience is required for this role that will work within the Change Team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Define project scope and deliverables
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
• Manage stakeholders from team members through to senior managers
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Define project success criteria
• Develop best practice and tools for project execution and management
• Manage risks and issues throughout the life of the programme
• Work with work stream leads to ensure alignment with project or programme principles
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Develops and maintains robust relationships with key business and IT stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops for any aspect of the project including design, planning, tracking and problem resolution

Essential for the role:

• Extensive project experience with proven track record of delivery
• Financial Services experience is essential
• Proven Change Management experience
• End to end delivery of Digital / Technology transformation projects
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
