Project Manager - inside IR35

A local council based in London is seeking to recruit a Project Manager who has experience of setting up a service from scratch, ideally within a local authority previously if not elsewhere.

The role is initially 3 months with the high likelihood of an extension, working to a hybrid working pattern 50% on site and 50% remotely. The role requires someone who has strong stakeholder liaison experience across different teams and functions and is able to provide guidance and advice with setting up a service from scratch.

You will have in the past liaised with different teams accordingly and be able to take the lead in terms of setting up a new service.
