Project Manager - NHS Estates

Are you an interim project manager working on small works or refurbishments within property?

Do you have experience specifically within the healthcare and a live environment?

My client, the NHS, is looking for project managers to join their small works teams outside of London and Essex. Across a variety of hospitals and medical centres, your role will be to manage refurbishments and planned maintenance works. You will be experienced within the healthcare industry and working in a live environment. Working as part of a larger team, you will split your time between different locations and ensure works are running on time and to the spec given.

Offers:

• £375/day inside IR35
• Minimum 1 year contract, likely to extend
• Hybrid working setup

Requirements:

• Experience within healthcare and a live environment - NHS preferred
• Ability to juggle lots of different projects at one time
• Delivery of projects on time and to budget
• Confidence managing contractors on site
• Experience working with design teams
