Project Manager -Transactional Finance

My client has currently gone through exceptional growth following a number of acquisitions over the past 12 Months. They require a project specialist to carry out the below deliverable -

• Team management experience for a small part of the team (3 direct reports) - ability to manage workload, prioritise and deal with escalations - 30% of the role
• The remaining 70% of the role I'm broadly looking for the following
• Ability to analyse our ticket data, pulling out the sources, drivers and categories of input (there are c6000 tickets per month coming into the team)
• Understand root causes and identify areas where we may make some process changes - either inside or outside the team
• Coordinate and project manage these changes to realise these reductions in ticket volume
• Requires someone with a proven track record of going into a new environment and quickly understanding the issues and ability to drive the changes
• Role will work closely with areas of Sales Order Processing not under their direct management and alongside a second process improvement / projects resource that is already in my team
