Project Support Officer- Laptop Rollout

Experienced Project Support officer required for an immediate start for a Laptop rollout project for between 3000-5000 end user devices.

Overview:

• 3-6 months
• On site presence required 3 times per week minimum
• Immediate availability
• Local Government background preferred

Overview:​

• Primarily responsible for supporting the project manager and ensuring that the project runs smoothly.
• They handle various administrative tasks, coordinate with different teams, and ensure that all project documentation is up to date. In the context of the Future Laptop project, the Project Support Officer is expected to provide support during deployment sessions, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed.
• They also play a crucial role in maintaining detailed records of the deployment process, including any issues encountered and how they were resolved.
• The deployment phase of the project is likely to start mid-May I already have a PM in place for this project and the project support officer is the next key role to be recruited to.

Additionally, the Project Management Officer will act as an escalation point for issues raised by the 1st line. The role requires being onsite in South London for a minimum of three days a week, depending on the project's demands.
