Property Accountant

Investigo are partnered with a leading real estate firm that are urgently looking for a Property Accountant to join the team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for service charges, managed operations and will be given ownership of several properties. In addition to this, Finance Business Partnering with the Operations Directors and Senior Finance Leadership Team will be required.

Key responsibilities will include year end reconciliations, month end, accurate billing of service charges, P&L reporting and ad hoc reporting.

About You:

• Part Qualified CIMA or ACCA accountant
• Service Charge Accounting experience
• Understanding of RICS guidelines
• Experience with large volumes of accounts
