Investigo are pleased to be supporting a thriving organisation with their search for a number of Transformation Process Analysts. This role will support the creation, definition and design of future processes within the R2R workstream.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the wider Process team to identify change impacts
• Record process designs
• Design, create and adopt methodology
• Maintain process documentation
• Use best process practice to promote improvement opportunities
• Develop policies and SOPs
• Partner with external SI partners when required
• Production of training materials where required
• Gather systems requirements
