Job description

Investigo are currently working with a company in St Albans who are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a Temp to Perm Basis.

The role:

The Interim Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with calls professionally and effectively
  • Managing incoming emails
  • Being the first point of contact for queries
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and employees and directing them as appropriate
  • Managing couriers and post
  • Completing administrative duties such as creating purchase orders and arranging payment of invoices
  • Maintaining the reception process book
  • Ordering of stationary & office supplies
  • Oversee logistics of the building, such as car parking, issuing fobs for new employees and deliveries

Profile:

  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage tasks and requests from different sources
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

On offer:

- Hourly rate - £11 to £13 per hour

- 5 days in office

Temp to Perm
