Recruitment Business Partner

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading Global business in the recruitment for a Recruitment Business Partner to be based in their Central London Head Office.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role will have full accountability for managing recruitment across both the Sales and Marketing divisions.

Whilst you will work autonomously, you will sit within the wider Resourcing function and leverage of existing recruitment tools.

My client is looking for a proven recruiter, ideally from an In-House background but will also consider those looking to move from Agency.

You will be a proven recruiter who has managed but volume and complex hires.

Given the client groups, you will have excellent stakeholder relationship skills, being able to challenge and influence.

You will have a 360 recruitment background and ideally have worked on a global scale.
