Regional Talent Partner required for a leading UK Retailer. This is a home based role with regional accountability for the South and Midlands.

As the Talent Partner, your remit will be to partner with the Regional Operational Leaders and Store Management to drive the employee Talent agenda.
This is a commercially focused role, implementing innovative talent programmes.
Working closely with your client groups, you will be hands on in driving employee performance whilst leading the Culture and Engagement programme.
This role will suit a commercially focused HR Business Partner, HR Change Manager or Talent Partner who has lead Talent programmes on a regional basis.
A true Partner, this is a very visible role across the region and therefore you must be comfortable travelling 2-3 days per week.
Whilst not essential, a background in Retail or Hospitality would be extremely advantageous.
