Regional Talent Partner (Southern Region)

Investigo is partnering a leading Retailer in the recruitment for a Regional Talent Partner. Based from Home, this role will manage the Southern Region with weekly travel.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, this role will lead the development and implementation of Talent programmes across the assigned region.

Our client is going through a period of significant change, redefining the Employee Culture and Consumer focus to gain market share.

The role of Talent Partner will be instrumental in owning the Talent Agenda across their Region, working with the SLT & SMT to drive a culture of Employee Experience.

We are looking for either HR Business Partners with a clear background in leading Talent Programmes or L&D Professionals who have focused on wider Talent, not just Learning delivery.

• Sector background - Must have worked recently within Retail or Hospitality
• Proven Talent Management experience
• Home base in the South of England

Whilst our client is open to HR Generalists, those whose background in Employee Relations focused will again unfortunately not be suitable.
