Regulatory Advisory - Market Infrastructure Firm

Location: London, Hybrid (2 days in office) We are working with a leading market infrastructure seeking a Regulatory Advisory Specialist In a role providing strategic regulatory guidance to the business on a variety of regulatory topics and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert regulatory advice and guidance covering a broad range of regulatory requirements and obligations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of regulatory developments, assess their impact on the firm and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and strategies that address regulatory needs effectively.
• Keep abreast of emerging regulatory trends, best practices, and industry developments to inform client engagement and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

• experience in regulatory advisory roles within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to markets.
• Deep knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, EMIR, MAR) and their application to financial market participants.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality regulatory advisory services and achieving client satisfaction.
